Position Overview
Mistral AI is seeking a highly skilled professional to excel in the domain of optimizing and training expansive language models utilizing high-performance GPUs. This position is pivotal for advancing our capabilities in generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing low-level programming to fully leverage the capabilities of cutting-edge GPUs (H100) and maximize their performance.
- Reevaluating various components of the generative model architecture to enhance their efficiency for inference tasks.
- Integrating optimized low-level code within a comprehensive MLOps framework.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting custom CUDA kernels and maximizing GPU performance. Profound knowledge of the distributed computing infrastructure associated with contemporary GPU clusters.
- Comprehensive understanding of generative AI, with a focus on fine-tuning and applying language models for diverse applications.
