Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Operations Clerk to join our team at SourcePro Search. As an Office Operations Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Job OverviewThis role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including mail and package delivery, document organization, and cleaning duties.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organize and maintain files and supplies
- Assist with shredding documents and other administrative tasks
- Perform cleaning duties, including pantry area maintenance
- Support the Photocopy Department as needed
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
