Job Title: Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team at Truity Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives that drive business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with our company's vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead and oversee special projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Record and analyze financial information for strategic decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in management, consulting, growth strategy, or a similar position.
  • Experience working in M&A preferred.
  • High degree of organization and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to define and understand critical issues.
