Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective SH&E programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of SH&E professionals to support project locations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular safety and environmental audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company-wide SH&E initiatives and strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on SH&E policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SH&E, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Certification in one or more SH&E fields, such as CIH, CSP, or ASP.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA and ANSI regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
