Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing food items according to established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare various food items through tasks such as cutting, chopping, mixing, and creating sauces.
  • Cook a range of dishes using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking techniques to meet our high culinary standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and adhere to strict food sanitation guidelines throughout all food handling processes.
  • Sanitize cooking surfaces thoroughly at the end of each shift.

No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for cooking and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
