Key Responsibilities- Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance to our sales team, ensuring that customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Design and Documentation: Develop functional system designs, block flow diagrams, and equipment lists to support customer proposals.
- Project Engineering: Collaborate with our post-sales team to deliver successful projects, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Translate customer requirements into functional system designs, review pre-construction design and documentation, and provide assistance with technical design and level of effort needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal employees, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of a High School Diploma and at least five years of AV experience, with a preference for formal education in Electronics or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with test and calibration equipment, able to diagnose complex system problems, and possess advanced computer skills for design, configuration, and operation of AV equipment.
