Strategic Leadership Role for Cabin Team

This leadership role at Vista America oversees the entire Cabin Team, ensuring consistency and brand standards. The Head of Cabin is accountable for the culture, customer experience, and cabin operations.
Vista America's Cabin Hosts work onboard private jets, focusing on customer comfort and creating a unique home-away-from-home experience. The Head of Cabin will ensure the team has the tools, knowledge, and support to meet service excellence standards.
This position provides clear leadership to the Cabin Operations and Performance Managers (COPMs) team. Responsibilities include ensuring brand excellence, building relationships with the Cabin team and leadership, and evaluating processes for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand excellence through the Cabin team.
- Build relationships with the Cabin team and leadership for effective alignment.
- Evaluate processes for improvement while maintaining policies, procedures, and standards.
- Uphold positivity and integrity during periods of transformational change.
- Be a visible presence in the operational control center and work with relevant teams to ensure Cabin staffing on flights.
- Accountable for Client Services and Quality Ambassador feedback and ensure actions for improvement.
- Ensure aircraft standards, stocking, cleaning, and inventories are maintained and efficient.
- Provide performance reports to leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Flown as a Flight Attendant for an international carrier or Cabin Host within Private Aviation.
- Proven experience in building a team culture with a remote team.
- Experience with and knowledge of the expectations of Ultra High Net Worth individuals and ultra luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and create data, forecasting trends in-line with operational needs.
- Proven ability to lead departmental direction and demonstrate success in delivering key performance indicators.
- Experience in managing performance via standards, KPIs, and Brand expectations.
- Right to live and work in the USA.
