Position Summary:

Role: Senior Manager, Contracts & Pricing
Reports to: Executive Director, Advisory Services
Location: Remote, East Coast-based

Objective: The Senior Manager for Contracts & Pricing within our Advisory Services team is a key consultant who utilizes extensive Life Sciences knowledge to guide clients on government pricing (GP), contracting, and broader market access issues. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate, compliant advice while fostering robust client relationships.

The Senior Manager collaborates with clients, many of whom utilize IntegriChain's comprehensive services, to navigate the intricate pricing, regulatory, and compliance challenges that manufacturers face. This position emphasizes teamwork across departments to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic, operational, and compliance guidance regarding U.S. Government Programs, including Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare.
  • Oversee compliance for Federal Supply Schedule contracts, including maintenance and negotiations.
  • Evaluate current GP processes for clients, benchmark against industry standards, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead engagements with pre-commercial clients to ensure successful GP and pricing activities.
  • Identify industry trends and potential issues impacting client businesses.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures for clients.
  • Enhance client satisfaction to drive referrals and renewals.
  • Create high-quality deliverables and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Build trust with clients through decisive counsel and accurate deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, focusing on professional development and team cohesion.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization and foster cross-functional communication.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of consulting experience in contracts and pricing within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex GP activities and deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent presentation capabilities.
