We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Spectrum. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the coordination of HR processes, programs, and initiatives, including recruiting support, new hire orientation, and benefit administration.
- Enter employee data and employment changes into our HRIS system and maintain accurate records.
- Support employee recognition activities and contribute to the development of HR-related reports.
- Collaborate with HR Leaders to administer leaves of absence and Workers' Compensation.
- 1+ year of experience in human resources support or a related field.
- Administrative experience and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of HRMS database systems and local, state, and federal laws regarding employment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
