Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a superior level of customer service.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and tours.
  • Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
  • Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Shift Closure: Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Preferred, but not required.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Required.
  • Passion for Fitness and Health: Essential.
  • Upbeat and Positive Attitude: Must.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: A must.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • Strong Listener: Ability to empathize and problem solve.
  • Diplomacy: Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Education: High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Walking: Continual during shift.
  • Talking: Continual during shift.
  • Ability to Work 3rd Shift: Must be able to work overnights.
  • Lifting: Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Toxic Chemicals: Will occasionally encounter.
