Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a superior level of customer service.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and tours.
- Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Shift Closure: Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.
- Customer Service Background: Preferred, but not required.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Required.
- Passion for Fitness and Health: Essential.
- Upbeat and Positive Attitude: Must.
- Punctuality and Reliability: A must.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
- Strong Listener: Ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Diplomacy: Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
- Education: High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Standing and Walking: Continual during shift.
- Talking: Continual during shift.
- Ability to Work 3rd Shift: Must be able to work overnights.
- Lifting: Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Toxic Chemicals: Will occasionally encounter.
