We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Sales Representative to join our team at Apptness. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a high-performing sales route, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales route, ensuring that all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a route sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
