Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician IV to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair equipment using prescribed troubleshooting procedures and technical manuals.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a high level of organizational skills.
  • Work independently and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry with a strong background in service and repair.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overnight travel may be required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NICET Level II certification is a plus.
  • Backflow certification is a plus.
