We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician IV to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair equipment using prescribed troubleshooting procedures and technical manuals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a high level of organizational skills.
- Work independently and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry with a strong background in service and repair.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overnight travel may be required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NICET Level II certification is a plus.
- Backflow certification is a plus.
