Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Construction Management, Engineering, urban planning or a related field.
- Proven expertise in general administration, ensuring efficient workflow, budget adherence, and compliance with regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles, managing teams and projects.
- Understanding of real estate finance principles, with experience in structuring and negotiating complex transactions.
- Proficiency in project management software.
