This role will play a critical part in supporting our field team, who engage with prospective home sellers to help them achieve the best outcome when deciding to sell their property. You'll work with potential customers to evaluate their needs and assess whether Sundae is a suitable fit for their situation.Key Responsibilities

  • Connect customers with a local Market Expert, either by scheduling an in-person appointment, transferring a live call, or scheduling a call back.
  • Proactively respond to new inbound leads and contact existing leads through various methods, including:
    • Reply to new web leads
    • Answer 1-800 calls
    • Call existing leads and opportunities to re-engage high-potential customers
    • Reply to responses from email and text campaigns
  • Manage your sales pipeline by responding to inbound leads and through outbound efforts via call/text (75 dials+/day)
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional teammates
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support local Market Experts by managing a pipeline of customers who have not yet spoken to a Sundae representative

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated success in an inside sales or appointment setter role
  • Professional experience or interest in real estate or financial services (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
  • This role will be compensated with a base salary + sales incentive plan, with a total target range of $60,000 - $80,000
  • Competitive benefits package with 100% paid premiums for employees and 80% for dependents
