Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Take full ownership of projects from initiation to close, ensuring deadlines are met, costs are controlled, and quality is uncompromised.
  • Team Collaboration: Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams with clear and efficient communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively, providing solutions that align with project goals and client satisfaction.
  • Efficiency Focus: Ensure that projects are scheduled and executed with optimal efficiency in communication, budgeting, and resource management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: Proven history of managing projects and maintaining long tenures at previous companies. We value candidates who have demonstrated commitment and follow-through.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Exceptional ability to manage teams with discipline, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes effective and efficient workflows.
  • Project Expertise: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or a related field. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ProCore, Google Suite) is a plus.
  • Open-Mindedness: Ability to embrace different perspectives and apply creative solutions to project challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on transparent, timely reporting to stakeholders.
