As a member of our Food & Beverage Quick Service Restaurant team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by upholding the highest standards of guest service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve shift goals.
  • Accurately processing guest orders using a point-of-sale system, handling cash, and managing credit card transactions.
  • Preparing and assembling food items, including chicken and vegetables.
  • Maintaining food safety standards and cleanliness.
  • Understanding and explaining menu items to guests, addressing any inquiries.
  • Providing solutions to guest concerns and assisting fellow team members.
  • Handling cleaning supplies and chemicals as required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Part-time positions require full availability for any shift, with a minimum of three days per week, including nights and holidays.
  • Full-time roles necessitate full availability for any shift, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling.
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $12.00 per hour plus $3-5 in tips

Restaurant Type: Fast casual and quick service restaurant

Shift Availability: 8-hour shifts, with options for day, evening, and night shifts.

Additional Information: Weekend availability is required.

License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
