JOB SUMMARY:

The Contract RN will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care across various departments as required. This role necessitates a current RN permit or licensure issued by the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State to practice professional nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver skilled patient care utilizing the nursing process in alignment with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate patient care among interdisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a patient advocate, maintaining current knowledge of professional nursing standards and practices.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program with a valid license to practice in the State.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
