Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing office equipment, checking in parts, generating quotes, and coordinating with technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting correspondences and formal documents
  • Planning and scheduling appointments and events
  • Generating estimates and sending them to customers
  • Checking in parts and allocating them to technicians
  • Ordering parts from vendors
  • Filling out and submitting warranty claim forms
  • Answering inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Developing and implementing organized filing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or relevant administrative role
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
