Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Culture and Communication Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with site leadership to enhance team culture, support leadership, and ensure timely updates with team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Coordinate team events, recognition programs, and initiatives that celebrate team achievements.
  • Sensitive Information Handling: Handle sensitive information with discretion and serve as a trusted resource for site leadership.
  • Community Outreach: Represent the site in community outreach and events, strengthening local partnerships.
  • Internal Partnerships: Partner with internal teams like Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Branding to share timely and relevant updates with team members.
  • Operational Support: Work with Recruiting, Human Resources, Facilities, Safety, and other teams to support site operations and culture initiatives.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Organize schedules, manage calendars, coordinate travel for site leaders, and handle clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative or team support experience.
  • Skills: Passion for creating a positive, inclusive team environment; exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Availability: Availability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
