Job Summary

About the Role
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services in a school-based setting, supporting students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field and Texas SLP license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field to Speech Language Pathology and Texas SLPA license.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for working with children in an educational setting.
