We seek an innovative, collaborative individual who excels in storytelling for one of the company’s flagship brands.

The Product Brand Strategist will be accountable for the brand's expansion, profitability, and overall integrity. This role acts as the guardian of the Brand Identity and the central coordinator for all brand-related initiatives. The strategist will craft and oversee the Brand Strategy and the formulation of the annual Brand Marketing Plan, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales, Creative Services, Product Management, and other Marketing and Media departments for cohesive execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conducting in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape across various distribution channels.

● Identifying and monitoring primary sources of business and brand growth opportunities.

● Generating research-driven consumer insights.

● Evaluating and applying brand metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making and strategic direction.

● Developing the creative vision for the brand and collaborating with agencies and internal marketing teams to bring that vision to life across digital and traditional platforms.

● Leading the communication of the Brand Story both internally and externally.

● Crafting Creative Briefs.

● Partnering with Sales on customer presentations and business development opportunities.

● Implementing social media engagement strategies, influencer collaborations, and public relations initiatives for the brand.

● Managing relationships and communications with Licensors and Celebrities.

● Working closely with Product Management on product strategy to ensure brand alignment with commercial opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

● A minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering impactful results with limited resources.

● General experience in various Marketing domains, including product marketing, product development, and creative development teams.

● Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics.

● Strong leadership capabilities.

● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.

● Competence in delivering oral presentations and creating professional presentations using PowerPoint and digital media.

● Detail-oriented with strong conceptual and creative skills.

● Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

● Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

● Familiarity with cooking and/or baking is advantageous but not mandatory.

● Previous experience in budget management is required; P&L management experience is preferred.

● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.

● Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

● Ability to fulfill the job duties with the necessary mental and physical capabilities.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is primarily conducted indoors with artificial lighting. Standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, and printers, is utilized. Physical demands include sitting, repetitive hand use, grasping, standing, and walking. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work required. This position may involve some travel and necessitates close collaboration with all employees, external vendors, and clients.
