Key Responsibilities

  • Promote AAA products and services to Members, identifying opportunities to increase value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve branch goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on AAA products, services, and operations, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and support to Members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in multiple computer systems and applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
