About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Member Experience Associate. As a key member of our Membership Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have an unforgettable experience at NeueHouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Member Experience, providing top-tier hospitality and ensuring that all member needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Membership Experience Manager to guide the MEA team, coordinate scheduling, and provide MEA services.
  • Be the main point of contact between Membership, Events, Housekeeping, and Facilities departments.
  • Support all members and be the designated person for ensuring all member needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Assist in handling VIP members and provide exceptional service to all guests.
  • Train and orient new hires on the MEA team and ensure that all staff is taking breaks and lunches at designated times.
  • Attend BEOs and facilitate communication of house closures between production and MEA team via weekly signage schedule.
  • Be a positive and articulate ambassador of the NeueHouse project/brand.
  • Work closely with our Membership team to tour potential new members, manage the schedule for member orientations, and direct member concerns to appropriate departments.
Requirements
  • Previous front desk or customer experience.
  • High level of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent guest/client service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to be a critical thinker with a tremendous attention to detail and ability to resolve issues.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
