Your Role:
In this position, you will work closely with our experienced pharmacists to ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly and efficiently. Your commitment to service excellence will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted resource for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and address their inquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure the accuracy of patient data and prescription details.
- Receive and validate prescriptions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Process prescriptions electronically, confirming all information is correct.
- Resolve any issues that may arise, such as insurance claim rejections.
- Select appropriate medications and accurately measure dosages.
- Organize, stock, and label medications while monitoring inventory levels.
- Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping.
- Prepare the pharmacy for daily operations by sterilizing equipment and surfaces.
- Adhere to security protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
