Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Analyst to join our team at Mb Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead the application of analytical techniques and methodologies to drive business decisions
  • Provide leadership and vision to client and project teams around methodology and strategic direction
  • Direct the activities of junior analysts or other staff as necessary
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience as an analyst, with 3 years in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline
  • 3 years of professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices
  • 2 years of supervisory/lead experience
  • Experience with advanced features of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, communication techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems
  • Knowledge of management and operations of Department of Navy Systems Commands
