- Collaborate with Industrial Channel Managers, Branch Managers, and other professionals to promote Schneider Electric's innovations in the market.
- Work alongside Inside Sales, Outside Sales Teams, and other cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Drive market strategy and customer demand through comprehensive account plans with channel partners, encompassing pricing agreements, promotions, and joint sales initiatives.
- Surpass sales and profitability targets to contribute to Schneider Electric's growth objectives in your assigned market.
- Communicate Schneider Electric's software, cloud analytics, and services narrative to channel partners and contractors, aligning with their digital transformation journeys.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Communications is preferred, though a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation, or energy management is preferred, particularly in selling through distribution channels.
- Familiarity with industrial product technologies such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Control Relays, Sensors, HMI, and Circuit Breakers is advantageous.
- Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies.
- A passion for learning. You are inquisitive and eager to share your knowledge through coaching and training others.
