- Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Ensure seamless execution of recipes, processes, and procedures during peak service times
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to manage inventory, prep lists, and waste logs
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant's ordering systems and inventory management
- Effectively open and close the restaurant with the aid of checklists and in-depth communication with the team
- Address guest concerns with creative and effective solutions
- Guarantee that the team upholds the Department of Health and Naked Farmer's food safety protocols
- At least one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
