Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for the precise and prompt entry of material orders and product selections for optical laboratory prescriptions and stock orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely input of lens and frame purchase orders into the system for electronic dispatch to suppliers.
  • Retrieve products from inventory for prescription and stock processing.
  • Access and analyze reports related to inventory levels, purchase orders, and fill rates.
  • Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory assessments.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and keyboard proficiency required.
  • General knowledge of ophthalmic products is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
