Key Responsibilities

The RN House Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating comprehensive care delivery across all clinical areas during designated shifts. This position serves as the in-house administration during off-hours, weekends, and holidays, and takes on delegated nursing administrative responsibilities in the absence of senior leadership.

Essential duties include:
  • Assigning daily work activities and directing team performance
  • Managing staffing needs to ensure optimal patient care
  • Coordinating patient admissions and transfers
  • Responding to high-risk situations and facilitating problem resolution
  • Serving as a resource for medical staff and addressing staff inquiries
  • Advocating for patients and families in various situations

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or current enrollment in a nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in North Dakota or a compact state
  • Basic Life Support certification upon hire
  • ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical experience

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $54.54 per hour.
