Patient Safety Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Program Manager to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a key member of our patient safety team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating the South Bay Community patient safety program.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement patient safety initiatives to improve quality and reduce risk
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and mitigate safety risks
- Develop and maintain patient safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on patient safety best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field
- 5 years Acute care hospital experience
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field
- Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)
- 2 years Patient safety experience
