About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality intervention to children with autism. As a Program Manager/BCBA Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing program progress for assigned caseloads under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and graph patient data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create stimuli and social stories to support patient learning and development.
  • Complete patient summary reports for monthly progress review meetings.
  • Provide clinic, home, and community-based support for staff and patients.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, providing approximately 20% direct intervention and 80% case management services.
Requirements:
  • RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Candidates in pursuit of BCBA certification are preferred.
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a direct interventionist.
  • Masters degree or currently enrolled in a masters program.
  • Experience providing intervention to young children (2-12 years old).
  • Experience with programming, data analysis, report writing, and parent training.
  • Experience training and supporting therapeutic staff.
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, and passionate about helping others.

Work Environment:

We operate Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 9:30-4pm. We require a minimum of 15-20 hours per week from our Program Manager/BCBA Professionals.
