**Job Summary:**

SysMind Tech is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing project management best practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Maintaining open communication with all team members and stakeholders.
  • Introducing Agile engineering practices to improve team collaboration and productivity.
  • Couching team members to help them overcome challenges.
  • Hosting daily stand-up meetings to ensure everyone is on track.
  • Assisting the Product Owner with maintaining the product backlog.
  • Removing roadblocks that may hinder project progress.
  • Teaching Scrum practices and principles to team members.

**Requirements:**

* Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.* Experience with Agile project management methodologies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.* Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.* Familiarity with project management tools and software.
