Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Overview

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Attendant is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to guests and plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for all food and beverage orders at our premium lounge. This position involves direct interaction with guests, facilitating the timely delivery of mobile orders to their tables while maintaining high standards of service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive experience for all guests and address any complaints in alignment with company policies.
  • Serve as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Relay food orders to kitchen staff, noting priorities and special dietary requests.
  • Assist wait staff in preparing tables with the necessary dining items.
  • Deliver food and beverage items according to established service protocols in a timely manner.
  • Check in with guests to take additional orders or provide refills as necessary.
  • Communicate guest feedback or requests to restaurant staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Clear away used dishes and utensils efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items and ingredients.
  • Ensure prompt and safe delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Capable of presenting information effectively in both individual and group settings.
  • Maintain composure under pressure while being aware of surroundings and cultural nuances.
  • Present a polished appearance consistent with service standards in a premium environment.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
  • Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand as required for job functions.
  • Regular and timely reporting on work activities.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must successfully pass a security background check for airport access.
