Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear and structured input on tickets that require support from colleagues with specialized expertise.
  • Manage priorities effectively, ensuring a clear overview of tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as IT or supply chain management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an application or software support role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex problems and find creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of an additional language, such as Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Interest in supply chain planning and optimization.
