Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly qualified and seasoned Master Licensed HVAC Contractor to take on a pivotal role within our organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of managing and executing intricate HVAC projects. This position entails supervising HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to all applicable codes and regulations, while also providing guidance to junior HVAC technicians and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of HVAC projects from start to finish.
  • Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of HVAC systems.
  • Accurately estimate labor, materials, and project costs.
  • Schedule and manage work for junior HVAC technicians and apprentices, offering mentorship and training as necessary.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
  • Adhere to safety standards on all job sites.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed, materials utilized, and project timelines.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in HVAC practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Master HVAC License is mandatory.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the HVAC field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and completing complex HVAC projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse environmental conditions.
