Role Responsibilities:
As a Commercial HVAC Apprentice, you will assist in various commercial HVAC installations and retrofitting projects. Working under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will uphold our high standards of workmanship, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute positively to our collaborative environment.
Compensation Structure: Pay ranges from $16 to $27 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and apprenticeship level:
- Pre-Apprentice: $16.00 to $18.00/hour
- Level 1: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
- Level 2: $21.00 to $23.00/hour
- Level 3: $23.00 to $25.00/hour
- Level 4: $25.00 to $27.00/hour
Work Schedule: Flexible hours per project, typically from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with overtime as needed.
Benefits Package: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 65% health insurance coverage, 100% company-paid life insurance, 401k matching, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, uniform allowance, personal protective equipment, and a boot allowance.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks and tests
- Familiarity with hand and power tools; having your own tools is advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process
Participation in and completion of the EnviroControl Systems HVAC Apprenticeship program is a requirement for employment. Advancement and salary increases are contingent upon successful participation in the apprenticeship training.
