Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of the Armed Forces, family members, civilians, and contractors. They will assist customers with eligibility requirements, process applications, and issue ID cards, ID tags, Geneva Convention cards, Teslin cards, and CAC-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and assist with eligibility requirements
  • Process applications and issue ID cards, ID tags, and CAC-related documents
  • Verify source documents and discuss entitlements with customers
  • Manage appointments and update the online calendar daily
  • Reconcile DEERS information and update RAPIDS within one hour of approval
  • Perform alternate Military Personnel Specialist tasks, including personnel accounting, IPPS-A, and customer service
Requirements:
  • Support service/customer service experience
  • Military background/familiarity preferred
