Job Title:
Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:
Crescens is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications, application enhancements, and new platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the development team to analyze, design, configure, code, test, and deploy Salesforce applications while adhering to current System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements before developing applications.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce team, business domain experts, and other technical staff members.
  • Create Roles, Permission sets, Profiles, Public groups, Custom Objects, Custom fields, Triggers, Schedule classes, Batch classes, and Apex Test classes, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Debugging Logs.
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they perform as expected, including system integration testing, performance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect remediation.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in the system.
  • Work on customizations, including Apex coding, writing Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Schedule Classes, and Front End UI using Visual Force pages.
  • Write documents and provide technical training for Salesforce staff.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.

Requirements:
  • Experience developing Salesforce applications, preferably with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficient in SOQL, Apex, and VisualForce.
  • Salesforce certified Administrator, Salesforce PD1 Certifications is a must.
  • Experience developing with Lightning frameworks (Aura/LWC).
  • Experience developing within a professional Software Development Life Cycle methodology (Agile, SCRUM, and/or Waterfall, etc.).
  • Exceptional debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional coding skills and development discipline.
  • Experience building complex, real-time data integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Salesforce product knowledge, including Service Cloud.
