Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create and implement new menu items and seasonal offerings that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
  • Food Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs to meet or exceed budget goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, including kitchen sanitation and maintenance, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and coaching to develop and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Education: More than two years of post-high school culinary education or equivalent experience.

  • Food Cost Control: Proven experience in managing food costs and ensuring sanitation standards.
