Home School PE and Activities Coordinator

LakePoint Sports is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Program and Activities team as a Home School PE and Activities Leader. This role is responsible for implementing, teaching, and coordinating activities for our twice-weekly Home School PE program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging activities for Home School PE classes, including setup, supervision, and breakdown.
- Organize and lead a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for each class, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Team parties and sport-related birthday parties.
- Resolve problems in a proactive and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the Director and other team members to ensure seamless program execution.
- High School Graduate or GED
- At least one year of higher education preferred
- Experience working with children, youth camp programs, recreation, or related fields
- First Aid and CPR certification (provided by LakePoint Sports upon hiring)
- Ability to lead, plan, organize, and implement program activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with a positive attitude and as a team member
Work areas may be in outdoor or indoor facilities, with varying weather conditions. Employees may operate small and medium equipment on a regular basis. Regular attendance is required, with scheduled working hours varying depending on the season, program, or event.
Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear; use hands to handle and operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 50 pounds.
