Full Time: 40 hours/week

Position Overview

Levco Management LLC is actively seeking a Property Leasing Consultant for a residential community. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in the leasing sector who is eager to grow their career within a dynamic organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the property management field.
  • Proficient in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and performing under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation are mandatory.
  • Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are highly preferred.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background investigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing leasing inquiries, following up on potential leads, and conducting apartment tours.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies and managing advertisements.
  • Handling rental applications, executing lease agreements, and collecting security deposits.
  • Overseeing the move-in and move-out processes.
  • Managing maintenance requests and coordinating work orders.
  • Supporting various administrative and property management functions as assigned.
  • Performing any additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.
