Job Overview

Avenue Real Estate Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Property Management Specialist with a strong history of achievement in the field. The Property Management Specialist will exhibit outstanding business acumen, prioritize customer satisfaction, and uphold principles of fairness and integrity while overseeing a substantial new real estate asset.

Compensation:

$58,000 - $185,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track incoming leads and prospects, integrating them into marketing strategies to enhance leasing outcomes.
  • Manage all on-site operations and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure seamless property management.
  • Address tenant concerns, enforce occupancy regulations, inspect vacant units, and coordinate landscaping services to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Determine rental rates by analyzing local market conditions and calculating costs for accurate pricing.
  • Facilitate resident transitions by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits, and processing applications efficiently.
  • Embrace the motto: "Build Relationships and Resolve Issues".
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and arrange appointments with landlords and property owners.
  • Collaborate with owners and the support team to onboard new properties and owners.
  • Promote properties available for lease.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with property owners throughout the leasing period until property sale.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Background in customer service or real estate sales is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
