Senior Manager of Compliance-CLE

The Senior Manager of Compliance-CLE oversees the management of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs across all firm offices and client-facing programs, ensuring compliance with CLE requirements for both individuals and programs. This position, reporting to the Director of Compliance Operations & Business Conduct, is responsible for maintaining accredited status in supported jurisdictions and works closely with Professional Development and Business Development teams to administer CLE credits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CLE processes and approvals
  • Work with CLE sponsors to ensure materials meet accreditation standards
  • Stay current on CLE regulations
  • Oversee compliance technology
  • Maintain the firm's accredited provider status
  • Manage attorney compliance and bar renewal processes

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment, experience with CLE credit approval and accreditation in multiple jurisdictions, and familiarity with CLE management software. Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills are essential. The Senior Manager communicates regularly with attorneys and staff regarding compliance status, rules, and changes.

This is a remote position based in NYC, with a salary range of $148,000 to $209,000, depending on experience and location. The position is classified as exempt.
