Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the unloading and sorting of incoming packages for distribution and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery. Mentor and train team members to perform their duties safely and efficiently. Provide ongoing feedback to team members to enhance performance. Conduct inspections of packages to ensure they are safe for transportation.

Qualifications:
