Job Title: Senior Compliance Reporting Leader

Safety National is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Reporting Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Reporting Division, you will be responsible for leading our data reporting compliance obligations and ensuring that our company remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Compliance Reporting Division and provide strategic direction to our Policy Reporting and Regulatory Reporting teams.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the enterprise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6 or more years of supervisory experience in insurance policy and regulatory reporting.
  • 8 or more years of combined experience in insurance policy and regulatory reporting.
  • Prior experience in leading teams functioning in the area(s) of responsibility.
  • Experience with unit stat reporting.
  • Prior experience with both regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A graduate or advanced degree.
  • Professional experience with industry organizations such as, WICO, NCCI, WCIRB, etc.
  • Experience with workers' compensation claims coding.
  • Prior experience directly influencing and promoting data quality and data integrity initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge.

The target salary range for this position is $127,000 - $204,000 Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
