Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing team staffing, resource distribution, and workload management.
  • Mentoring and nurturing staff, ensuring compliance with corporate discipline standards.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture with over 10 years of architectural experience, including at least 8 years as a Registered Architect.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with experience in project oversight and team mentoring.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for strategic problem-solving.
  • Experience with a variety of larger project types and a dedication to incorporating innovative solutions.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:

This position requires ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, as well as the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity are necessary, including the ability to grasp, along with visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
