We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to enhance our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks on the production line, ensuring that production goals are met through effective manual and equipment operations while maintaining precise documentation.

Position Overview:

Role: Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of components, materials, documentation, and finished goods.
  • Execute tasks as outlined in batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collect samples and assess products, identifying action levels and alerting specialists as necessary.
  • Record changes in lots, clear lines, production activities, and cleaning tasks.
  • Recognize and report non-conforming products.
  • Achieve set labor standards for designated tasks.
  • Provide insights on commodity and process-related issues.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Engage in initiatives for area enhancements, cost savings, and meetings.
  • Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, and organizational policies.
  • Assess the performance of processes, products, and equipment.
  • Enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • Capability to accurately follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Mechanical skills for equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to pass GMP assessments and obtain necessary area certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Work Environment:

  • Minimal travel required.
  • Variable levels of physical activity.
  • Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection and safety footwear.
  • Occasional outdoor work may be necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and 75 lbs. with assistance.
