Position Overview

Join Quantic X-Microwave as a vital member of our team, focusing on the assembly and testing of advanced printed circuit boards and RF components. You will play a key role in supporting our production processes through the use of both manual and automated manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass the assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of electronic circuits in accordance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing and modifications on products following established procedures.
  • Utilize fine motor skills to work with small components and delicate wiring.
  • Assemble and manipulate components under a microscope with precision.
  • Perform hand soldering of small parts and fine gauge wires.
  • Troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level, utilizing schematics and circuit knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow technicians.
  • Communicate product status effectively to management.
  • Ensure timely progression of products through testing phases to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Technical Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of manufacturing practices and procedures.
