Position Overview

The Final Assembly Technician will engage in the assembly and testing of advanced electronic components, including Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and RF modules. This role involves utilizing both manual and automated manufacturing tools to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and modifications on products following established protocols.
  • Exhibit fine motor skills to work with intricate components and delicate wiring.
  • Assemble and inspect products under magnification for precision.
  • Perform hand soldering on small components and fine wires.
  • Troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level using technical schematics.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow technicians.
  • Communicate product status updates to management effectively.
  • Ensure timely progression of products through testing phases to align with production schedules.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Technical Degree in a related field is preferred.
