Key Responsibilities:
• Execute various tasks related to production line operations and material handling in a manufacturing environment.
• Meet production benchmarks while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed in batch documentation and logs.
Essential Duties:
1. Inspect materials, components, and finished products during the production process.
2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records diligently.
3. Sample and assess products according to established methods, reporting any deviations to supervisors.
4. Document production processes, including lot changes and line clearances.
5. Identify and report non-conforming products.
6. Achieve labor standards for assigned tasks.
7. Collaborate with team members to enhance quality and resolve issues.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Competent in making minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting equipment.
• Must pass the GMP test and obtain necessary certifications.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
Work Environment:
• This role may involve minimal travel (less than 5%).
• Physical activity levels may vary based on specific tasks.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory in designated areas.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with assistance is necessary.
